Globavends Loomi Secures Global Distribution Deal with DramaBox for AI-Produced Micro Drama

In a move that could reshape the micro‑drama landscape, Globavend Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: GVH) announced on July 20 2026 that its digital entertainment arm, Loomi Entertainment Group, has struck a worldwide distribution agreement with DramaBox, a leading micro‑drama streaming platform.

The partnership will bring Loomi’s first fully AI‑produced English‑language micro drama, The Wolf King’s Forbidden Bride, to DramaBox’s global user base. Loomi, which launched its own mobile‑centric streaming service Loomi: Short Drama, has already proven its creative chops with Buried Innocent, the company’s inaugural AI‑generated micro drama. The short, produced on Loomi’s proprietary Imaginary AI‑powered cinematic platform, amassed more than one million views on TikTok, signaling strong international appetite for AI‑driven storytelling.

DramaBox, which serves over 90 million registered users across more than 200 countries and has surpassed 100 million downloads on Google Play, is a major player in the short‑form market. Sensor Tower cites the app as one of the world’s highest‑grossing dedicated short‑drama platforms by consumer spending, while independent research firm Omdia reported that the global micro‑drama market generated roughly US$11 billion in 2025 and is projected to reach US$14 billion by the end of 2026.

The deal fits neatly into Globavend’s broader strategy of monetizing proprietary AI‑generated entertainment IP. By combining original content creation, IP ownership, and diversified distribution—through both its own Loomi: Short Drama and third‑party services like DramaBox—the company aims to unlock recurring revenue streams, including subscriptions, advertising‑supported viewing, licensing, and future collaborations.

Chairman Kai Man Fung underscored the significance of the partnership, stating that it “represents an important step in the commercialization of our AI‑powered digital entertainment business.” He added that the deal opens access to a platform with more than 90 million registered users, thereby expanding the commercial reach for Loomi’s growing portfolio of proprietary IP.

Globavend plans to pursue additional distribution relationships with leading streaming platforms while strengthening Loomi: Short Drama as a multilingual destination for premium micro dramas. Key milestones highlighted in the press release include:

• Launch of Buried Innocent as the first fully AI‑produced micro drama. • Accumulation of over one million TikTok views for Buried Innocent. • Global distribution of The Wolf King’s Forbidden Bride through DramaBox. • Expansion of Loomi: Short Drama as an owned‑and‑operated platform. • Continued development of the Imaginary AI production platform.

Adding DramaBox to its dual‑channel strategy—Loomi: Short Drama and DramaBox—provides a strategic third‑party distribution channel that Globavend expects will broaden international audience reach, strengthen recurring revenue opportunities, and maximize the long‑term value of its AI‑produced entertainment IP.

As the micro‑drama segment accelerates, Globavend’s move to secure a global distribution deal with a high‑profile platform positions it to capture a meaningful share of the expanding market. The company’s integrated model—combining AI‑powered production, IP ownership, and multi‑channel distribution—aligns with industry trends toward short‑form, mobile‑centric content.

The deal takes effect immediately, with The Wolf King’s Forbidden Bride slated for worldwide release on DramaBox’s platform. Release dates and distribution mechanics have not yet been disclosed.
